I wrote something for BuzzFeed FWD about Tumblr, trademarks, Atari, and The Little Guy. 

I keep waiting for a message like this from Tumblr about the AdWeek tumblr domain I’ve been sitting on. But so far, nothing.

I guess AdWeek has no interest in Tumblr’ing … or maybe they’re afraid to tangle with me?
